- Designed future-state architecture with centralized SIEM, IAM with SSO/MFA, ServiceNow CMDB, full-scale EDR, and 24/7 SOC coverage.
- Built a crawl–walk–run roadmap (6/12/18+ months) with vendor recommendations, phased pilots, and cost estimates ($18.9M–$26M).
- Demonstrated how the technology roadmap would raise SSR’s NIST maturity from Tier 1 (ad-hoc) to Tier 3+ (repeatable and resilient).
