Dawgs Parents Country Club

Johnson Lambert

Project Summary

Dawg Parents Country Club (DPCC), a not-for-profit serving UGA parents, relied on its custom DawgConnect application for memberships, payments, and recreational services. With over 2,000 active members and sensitive financial data stored in AWS, DPCC faced critical security risks: shared admin passwords, lack of MFA, manual asset tracking, and no formal vulnerability management. Our team, acting as Johnson Lambert consultants, conducted a NIST CSF 2.0–based cybersecurity maturity assessment and developed a roadmap with phased budget recommendations to strengthen DPCC’s security controls, improve compliance readiness, and reduce risks of data breaches and fraud.
